I am a junior from Clark, New Jersey, majoring in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations while also pursuing a minor in Speech Communications. Along with this, I also hold a position on the PRSSA E-Board as their Firm Director, I am a staff writer for the Ionian, and I occasionally write articles for College Magazine. Becoming a part of Greek life was inevitably one of the best decisions I have made throughout my college experience. I have grown as an individual, as a leader and as a friend. Joining Phi Sig has opened countless doors, allowed me to be more involved, and has blessed me with life-long friendships. I am forever grateful for the experiences, memories and friendships that I have created thanks to this amazing organization. My Iona experience would not have been the same without Phi Sig. I wish you the best in finding your home away from home, Phi Sigma Sigma has been just that for me.”

Scholarship Chair

Hi, name is Keara Ringdahl and I’m from Massachusetts. I’m currently a junior studying Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. Iona has provided me the chance to make the most of my time here by getting involved. I am apart of the Edmund Rice Society and the Public Relations Student Society of America. It all started with becoming a sister of Phi Sigma Sigma. Once becoming a member of the Delta Nu chapter, the sisters had opened my horizons and encouraged me to get involved and try new things. I’m looking forward to upholding existing traditions but capitalizing on new opportunities. I’m honored and excited to be apart of the executive board. To me one of the advantages of being on E-board is being able to give back to my sorority in the way they have given to me. As scholarship chair I intend to continue to support and encourage sisters to pursue their academic careers and to make the most educational opportunities. Being apart of this organization has help me grow. Since the fall of 2016 I’ve gained confidence and life long friends. I’m proud to be a member of Phi sigma Sigma and I stand by what this sorority stands for. I’m thankful for all of my sisters and the opportunity to be a leader of this chapter.
